This was a property that I purchased my first house on. Although plans changed and the project never came about, this was something that I really enjoyed working on in my spare time.
I was able to utilise the site and design a house that was functional, used cross ventilation to promote passive cooling. 
I also wanted something that was modern but still felt like a cottage, for personal preference and to fit in with the existing houses in the street. I believe I achieved my brief and was pleased with the end result.
